Dr. Ruslana Rachel Palatnik
Dr. Ruslana Rachel Palatnik is specializing in environmental and energy economics, with secondary interests in policy evaluation and applied economics. She earned three degrees in economics from the University of Haifa and the joint program with the Technion, followed by a Postdoctoral appointment at FEEM in Italy and a Visiting Scholar position at UC Berkeley’s Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics. Her research aims to enhance public policymaking through the analysis and design of efficient environmental and energy policies.
