Naama Shapira is a researcher specializing in environmental and energy policy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Tel Aviv University and a master’s degree with high honors from the University of Haifa’s Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management, specializing in energy management.
Her research spans various aspects of climate change, including shading, energy sources, runoff management, and the impact on vulnerable and sensitive populations. She also lectures on the effects of climate change to diverse audiences.
Naama is a researcher in multiple studies conducted by the Energy and Environment cluster at the Samuel Neaman Institute for National Policy Research.
