To recognize and support the academic community, particularly
early-career researchers, and to foster scientific exchange, Energies
(ISSN 1996-1073) is pleased to announce three awards aimed at
encouraging young scholars in the field of energy. The details of these
awards are as follows:

1. Energies 2026 Travel Award
This award offers financial support to two winners to facilitate their
participation in an international conference in the field of energy and
related research in 2026, where they can present their work orally or
via a poster.

The prize includes:
– CHF 800;
– An electronic certificate.

2. Energies 2025 Young Investigator Award
This award will be granted to two young investigators in acknowledgment
of their exceptional contributions to the field of energy.

The prize includes:
– CHF 2000;
– A voucher to fully cover the article processing fees valid for one year;
– An electronic certificate.

3. Energies 2025 Best PhD Thesis Award
This award will be given to two PhD student or recent graduate who has
completed a thesis of outstanding academic quality and potential.

The prize includes:
– CHF 500;

– A voucher to waive the Article Processing Charges (APCs) for one
submission in the journal (subject to peer review)— valid for one year.
