On August 26-29th 2025 NRERC member prof  Ruslana Rachel Palatnik presented at the XVIII EAAE 2025 Congress  in Bonn, Germany – Food System Transformation in Challenging Times at the special session on Environmental Challenges in AgriFood Systems aimed to strenghten the recent collaboration started between the two associations EAERE and EAAE. The topic of her talk was “Evolution of Innovation and Production Supply Chains: The Case of Microalgae-Based β-Carotene” based on the recently published paper.
