NRERC is proud of its member Dr. Carmit Rapaport who contributed to a study exploring how communities and organizations can respond to prolonged collective trauma by building on resources that already exist within them. Drawing on practice-based knowledge from three BINA initiatives developed since October 7, the study proposes a framework centered on three interconnected dimensions: cultural and narrative resources,, community belonging and collective agency, and “holding the holders” -supporting those who support others.
