The Center for Natural Resources and Environmental Research NRERC is proud of its member prof. Ruslana Rachel Palatnik who participated in “Waste to Energy” event held on 3/06/2026 in Tel Aviv University. Prof. Ruslana Rachel Palatnik presented the importance of moving the focus from market analysis to economics of supply chain analysis to support the adoption of waste to energy technologies. The discussion involved engineers, researchers and the regulator.
